The cover for Eta Draconis was designed by Josh Durham, a graphic designer from Melbourne, Victoria. Josh, also known as Design by Committee, is a multi-award-winning designer who creates covers for works of literary fiction, commercial fiction, YA, children's, non fiction and illustrated books. Eta Draconis is Brendan Ritchie's third novel and was the winner of the 2022 Dorothy Hewett Award and has recently been longlisted by the Children's Book Council of Australia as a Notable Book of the Year for Older Readers.
