Gary Partington

Gary Partington is a Professor in the School of Education at Edith Cowan University in Perth, Western Australia. He has conducted extensive research in teaching practices in relation to Aboriginal students.

In addition to serving on the editorial board of several education journals and consulting to schools, he has edited, authored and co-authored numerous publications in the field, including two previous books on Aboriginal education,Ethnicity and Education (1992) and Perspectives on Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Education (1998).
