Anna Johnston

Anna Johnston is Australian Research Council Queen Elizabeth II Research Fellow and Associate Professor in English at the University of Tasmania, Australia, and Co-Director of the University’s Centre for Colonialism and Its Aftermath. She has published widely in the field of empire and colonisation.

Anna has been awarded a Teaching Excellence Award by the University of Tasmania and in 2009 was named one of ten emerging leaders in learning by the Australian newspaper.
