Mountain Writers Festival: Josh Kemp appearance

Banjawarn Josh kemp Mountain Writers Festival

Mountain Writers Festival

The inaugural Mountain Writers Festival will be hosted in the regional town of Macedon, Victoria (Wurundjeri Country). It will be the first Australian writers’ festival to focus exclusively on the environment – the most important topic of our times – with a forever theme of ‘Place Story Nature’.

Come along and catch Josh Kemp on the Trouble in the Outback panel with First Nation’s scholar Tyson Yunkaporta and author Kate Holden discussing how methods of land management have created a lingering darkness in the landscape and considering what remedies might let the light back in. This event is being held in Macedon on Sunday 6 November at 11.45am.
