Dr Wade Davis is a best-selling author, intellectual, photographer, Explorer-in-Residence for the National Geographic as well as a noted two-time TED Talk speaker.
Through his work as a Harvard Anthropologist and Ethnobotanist Wade spent years living and working in the jungles of South America as a plant explorer. In more recent years he has travelled to and lived with Indigenous communities in some of the most remote places on the planet.
He holds degrees in anthropology and biology and has written for publications such as National Geographic, Fortune,Condé Nast Traveler, Natural History, Scientific American andThe New York Times. In his spare time Wade has authored 15 books and entertained crowds as a professional speaker.
