Regina Ganter

Dr Regina Ganter is a Senior Lecturer in Australian History at Griffith University.

A well-respected historian, she has published widely in her field as well as contributing to a number of broadcasts in the ABC Radio National ‘Northern Outlook’ series with Bill Bunbury and Geoffrey Bolton.

Her previous publications include The Pearl-Shellers of Torres Strait: Resource Use, Development and Decline (1994), based on award-winning research.
