• Mark Pegrum

    Mark Pegrum is an assistant professor in the Faculty of Education at the University of Western Australia, where he teaches in the area of e-learning.

    His research focuses on the increasing integration of web 2.0 and mobile technologies into everyday life. His current work is on the growing field of digital literacies, especially network literacy (personal learning environments, personal learning networks and e-portfolios), and m-learning (use of smartphones, tablets and apps with educational benefits).

    He currently teaches in Perth, Hong Kong and Singapore and has given presentations on e-learning in Australia and New Zealand, East and Southeast Asia, and the UK and Europe.
