Alain Fabrègues
After winning Chef of the Year three consecutive times in 1983, ‘84 and ‘85, Alain competed for and was awarded the highest honour attainable by a craftsman, the Meilleur Ouvrier de France in 1991.
Since then, Presidents Mitterand and Chirac each awarded Alain, by decree, a knighthood. In his new book, Degustation, he shares his journey with humour and insight, giving us a glimpse into the world of a dedicated artistic master.
