All in-stock UWAP books can be purchased online via our shopping cart from anywhere in the world.

How to Order
To order online, simply choose ‘Add to cart’ using the red button at the top of the screen. Once you are satisfied with your choices, proceed to the checkout. Please be aware that prices may vary between the website and other retailers.

Order Confirmation
After submitting your order, you will receive an automated email containing an order number. Please check your spam email folder if you do not receive an email from us.

 

Tracking

Once your item has been sent you will receive an email with tracking information.

Security
Credit card payments are processed securely by Payment Express. You can find out more information about their policies here.

Privacy
Your details will always be kept private and will be used solely for the purpose of fulfilling your book order. Should you choose to join our mailing list, we will send you emails on a regular basis (currently monthly) about new book releases, discounts, events and special offers.

Delivery
UWAP orders will be posted within 48 hours of receiving payment. Orders placed on holidays or weekends will be processed on the next business day.

UWAP delivers worldwide using Australia Post and CouriersPlease mail service. Please visit Australia Post or CouriersPlease for estimates on delivery time. Please note, UWAP is based in Western Australia so items will take a few days to reach customers on the east coast.

Once items are lodged with Australia Post or CouriersPlease, UWAP cannot be responsible for lost or delayed packages. 

Postage Charges
Postage is calculated at the checkout

 

Returns
Should books arrive damaged or faulty, UWAP must be notified within 30 days of purchase in order to receive a refund or an exchange. Return postage is at the buyer’s expense.
