All in-stock UWAP books can be purchased online via our shopping cart from anywhere in the world.
How to Order
To order online, simply choose ‘Add to cart’ using the red button at the top of the screen. Once you are satisfied with your choices, proceed to the checkout. Please be aware that prices may vary between the website and other retailers.
After submitting your order, you will receive an automated email containing an order number. Please check your spam email folder if you do not receive an email from us.
Credit card payments are processed securely by Payment Express. You can find out more information about their policies here.
Your details will always be kept private and will be used solely for the purpose of fulfilling your book order. Should you choose to join our mailing list, we will send you emails on a regular basis (currently monthly) about new book releases, discounts, events and special offers.
UWAP orders will be posted within 48 hours of receiving payment. Orders placed on holidays or weekends will be processed on the next business day.
UWAP delivers worldwide using the Australia Post mail service. Please visit Australia Post for estimates on delivery time. Please note, UWAP is based in Western Australia so items will take a few days to reach customers on the east coast.
Once items are lodged with Australia Post, UWAP cannot be responsible for lost or delayed packages. Unfortunately, once posted, UWAP is unable to track parcels. If delays are experienced please check in with your local Australia Post office.
Australia: Free anywhere within Australia
Worldwide: $20.00 flat rate; $30.00 flat rate for orders weighing 1.5 - 5.0 kg.
Please note that we revise quotes for large, heavy orders. If we need to revise your international freight quote, we will contact you once your order is placed.
If an order is shipped to a delivery address outside of Australia then GST will not be charged on the items in that order.
Should books arrive damaged or faulty, UWAP must be notified within 30 days of purchase in order to receive a refund or an exchange. Return postage is at the buyer’s expense.
