    Growing up on a diary farm in Cowaramup, Russell Blaikie understood the true meaning of seasonal eating. He trained under the renowned Anton Mosimann in London and went on to work at the two Michelin starred Terrace Restaurant. Following a long apprenticeship in some of Perth’s finest restaurants, Russell opened Must Winebar in Perth.

    Since opening in 2001, Must Winebar has been providing the people of Perth with produce-driven menus of classic French Bistro food with a modern touch. In 2009 Russell opened Must Margaret River, in WA’s south west.
